The Nallikar region offers both natural and cultural landscapes, accessible in all seasons and easily accessible by fatbike. When you climb aboard a reliable fatbike, you will feel the exhilarating feeling of freedom. Fatbike's oversized tyres are ideal for a wide range of terrain. Thanks to their low air pressure, fatbikes glide smoothly over soft terrain, snow and ice. Our fatbikes are high quality and always well maintained.

During the thaw, we go cycling along the Hietasaari mountain bike trails and we may also visit the Meri-Toppila trails, which are easily accessible from Nallikari, or Pikisaari if your group prefers the cultural landscape. In winter, your trail may lead you to the ice of the frozen sea, where the snow crunching under your tyres resonates with the silence of the Arctic. Occasionally we veer off the dirt tracks onto cycle paths and you can experience the rich cultural diversity of the region alongside its park-like landscape. Our guides share their stories and insights about the region. This safari, suitable for those of basic fitness, is a journey into both nature and the cultural landscape of Oulu.

The service includes: professional guiding, fatbike, helmet, bike lights (if needed), changing room, storage room for your belongings during the safari in our Nallikar Adventure Centre, toilet facilities.
